Founder & Dean

Leadership

Pastor Clinton Swartz has been in full-time ministry since 2002 and carries a strong grace-based, Christ-centered theological perspective.

As Founder and Dean of TBC College, he oversees curriculum development, doctrinal integrity, ministerial training, academic direction, and leadership formation.

His vision is to see believers established in righteousness, free from fear-based theology, and confident in their identity in Christ.
